council tenants are to be penalised for having spare bedrooms. this will only effect those people who are worst off eg i am a carer for my dissabled mother,my two grown up sons are at an age where they are thinking of getting a place of their own,leaving me in a three bed house which i have lived in bringing up my family above 14 years ,in which time i have spent £££££s on the garden, laying a drive etc and in the house decor, tiling floors,, bathroom ,kitchen, light fittings etc.if i were to move out into a smaller property i would have to sell furniture and appliances that have taken me years to afford its wrong!! my mother has lived in her house 42 yrs it would kill her to move (literally) its punishing the poorest people please do something to stop this injustice
