Petition to Doctors' Groups to encourage them not to implement the Government's NHS changes
The BBC's recent poll of GP's (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-17604351) reveals that "Just 12% agreed that putting GP-led groups in charge of the budget would mean patients saw a 'noticeable' improvement."
Create a petition for sending to each of the 240 GP-led Groups reminding them that
1. Patients will hold them responsible for cuts in the NHS,
2. If the proposed changes are put into action by GP's, their patients will find it difficult to believe that a GP's decision on treatment will not be more influenced by the cost to the GP-led Group than by the treatment's effectiveness.
