Reform The Child Support Agency
The Child Support Agency costs £450m per year. For this they provide very poor levels of service to both PWCs and NRPs and have an overly-complex methodology for calculating what should be paid.
The Child Support Agency should be reformed to move child support rulings back to the Court or mediated settlement and should devote their energies to tracking non-paying parents down and making them pay
