Creating a world wide peoples space exploration fund.
It could be financed on line by anyone who has an interest in space exploration. The growth of the fund could also be monitored on line by anyone. The fact that £300 000 were raised for the NHS billboards gave me the idea. So why depend on NASA for space exploration projects? With 7 billion of us on this planet there is a huge potential.
