Force Acromas Holdings Limited to pay U.K. Tax.
Acromas Holdings Limited is the company behind the likes of SAGA and the AA. They have chosen to be registered in Gibralta, a tax haven for the wealthy. They are exempt from publishing a company profit and loss account and as such have filed a profit for the financial year as £nil. Its profit and loss reserves are also filed as £nil. Yet sitting in their bank account is the sum of £461 million. With a turnover of £1.65 billion a year the highest paid director was just short of a £2 million pound salary and yet they hide the company on the rock away from the eyes of the taxman. If coportation want to trade at this level in the United Kingdom they should be forced to pay U.K. tax.
