Reduce parking fines - £60 is outrageous especially when you are innocent

I believe parking fines are too expensive - especially when you are innocent like the ticket fell off my window and I am being fined for failing to display a current ticket £60.00

        I agree, for me it was that when I shut my car door, the wind blew my ticket over and it was face down, resulting in me being fined! Why don't they make them sticky again or instead of charging money to have adverts on the back have more information about the ticket itself...I am sure this is not the first time it has happened!!

        Its very unfair as I proved I had paid but still nothing...outrageous!
