The House of Commons Bar no longer being tax free
In this time of austerity, Dave's Big Society and our politicians trying to find new ways to raise revenues, isn't it time that MPs started to pay tax on their alcohol like the rest of us do? Let's get the tax free status of the Parliament bar changed and start to see our MPs act like the rest of us.

If our MPs are allowed any priveleges or concessions the rest of are not how can they possibly appreciate how it is to live without them.
Stop all priveleges and concessions for MPs and do not vote for the ones that refuse to support this campaign to protect their own elitist status.

There are of course more important issues but it's the hypocrisy of all being in this together that gets my goat. More than happy for MP's to enjoy a nice drink but why shouldn't they pay as much as the rest of us?

Lets have our MPs be forced to drink out of cut price supermarket cans like the rest of us. Why should the commons bar not face closure like so many others. After all it is the goverment that wants us all to stay at home and not socialise why the hell should they be treated different anyone would think they were MPs ...Doh!!
