In the last year a handful of salons have opened up across the UK (and Ireland) where people can pay to dunk their feet in a tank full of tiny toothless fish to remove any dead skin.

Spas and beauty parlours aren't always being properly trained in caring for these fish, and in any case a small, overcrowded tank is not the correct environment for the fish to live in! I personally know of a spa where the fish were delivered, the staff were unaware of the contents of the package and by the time they opened it and the majority of the fish had already died. This basically amounts to animal cruelty, however you look at it. Please support this cause.
