Close the loopholes such as terrier work and using birds of prey. Also create strict rules for trail hunting. Most foxes and hares are chased and killed under the guise of so-called trail-hunting, Trails must not be laid in areas where wild animals use as places of refuge, such as thick gorse, bramble, woodland and thick hedges. Searching in these areas of refuge must be made illegal.
