Save Our Buses
This is a campaign currently being run by the Campaign for Better Transport which needs the widest possible support. Transport is a human right whose loss will cause social hardship. The withdrawal of alternatives to the car will undermine sustainability and increase the vulnerability of our economy to oil price shocks. Many other campaigns, from Save Our Forests to Lighter Later, need to be linked with Save Our Buses -- people will show little interest in saving forests they can't get to or in having lighter evenings which they can't take advantage of for lack of transport.

i live in dulverton somerset and our buses are very important as the nearest big towns are 11 tiverton and 24 taunton so rural areas nead public transport
