On the 31st of Jan (short notice I know) the boarder agency is planing to make changes to teir 4 international students visas. This means it will be more difficult for international students to come to the UK to learn English; reduce the hours (or prevent all together the hours) they can work- currently they can work 10 hours!! As well as this, put thousands or jobs and businesses at risk (at a time when we need money to enter into the economy).
The changes seem pointless and purely idealogical - done to satisfy a few who think that international students are here to take jobs- without thinking about just how many they create!
