Inquiry into telephone hacking by newspapers
The police has stonewalled attempts to obtain information about the illegal hacking into private data by the News of the World.
There is evidence that this is likely to be both because of fear of possible pressures from the Murdoch media and because police officers have been bribed to release private information to private investigators and to journalists.
The police cannot be trusted to look into this as they are an interested party. An independent inquiry headed by a judge should be started by the government, with full powers of subpoena.

I want to know when and why they started to hack into my telephone? How many other people were hacked into by the Daily Mail, NoW, etc without their permission? Mr Dacre, where are you!
