An open letter to Huhne

I read in the newspaper today that the £60m investment for ports in the NE is uncertain; that, although DECC will contribute its half, BIS is prevaricating. Regardless of the question of why BIS exists if that is the case, let us not miss this opportunity for redevelopment of the NE through opportunities for further inward investment for renewables. My offer is now to invest £10k from my savings to a public subscription for upgrading the ports. I invite you now to take up this baton.
