I would love to have billboards in prominent places telling people to neuter their cats and dogs.

Thousands of cats and dogs are being killed in shelters and council pounds each year. The situation is out of control. Shelters are full and donations are dropping due to the recession. I would add a graphic picture of a staffie being euthanized and the slogan DON'T BREED OR BUY WHILE THOUSANDS DIE.

        I agree. I volunteer for a rescue and there are more and more dogs dumped each month. All cats and dogs should be neutered. Stop interbreeding for so called "Fashion Dogs" who are also being dumped at the moment. Stop puppy farms.
