Bike to Work scheme
The Government have changed the Bike to Work scheme, which they are entitled to do, however they have made it retrospective. That means it is going to cost me over £100 more to buy my bike back at the end of the scheme and cost others £200. See: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/manuals/eimanual/eim21667a.htm
I believe this is unfair, I have savings, I could have bought a bike myself. People have spent time weighing up the scheme before joining, now all that was a waste of time.

I didn't even realise they're was such a scheme ? Can we afford to incentivise people to ride bicycles ? Surely you do it because your doing a doing the right thing not because the taxpayer is paying you ?
